We are so excited to announce that Andrea and Anna of Inna Essence have been named a Finalist in the 2025 AusMumpreneur Awards, in the prestigious Fitness Business category.
The AusMumpreneur Awards, presented by The Women’s Business School, celebrate and recognise Australian mums in business who are achieving outstanding success across areas such as innovation, customer service, business excellence, and product development. These awards shine a light on women who are successfully balancing the joys and demands of motherhood with building thriving businesses that reflect their passion and purpose.
Andrea and Anna are the co-founders and owners of Inna Essence, a holistic movement studio in Underwood, QLD. Together they have created a beautiful space offering Reformer and Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Strength classes, all grounded in care, professionalism, and personalised attention. With career backgrounds in service, Pilates instruction, and a deep passion for wellness, Andrea and Anna’s inspiration for starting Inna Essence was to build a studio that feels like a sanctuary — a place where people could move with intention, reconnect with themselves, and feel truly supported.
Inna Essence is proud to be recognised as a Finalist and credits the studio’s proudest achievements to date as building a loyal, empowered community of members, and building a team of talented, heart-led instructors and teachers who are changing lives through movement every day.
“There is something so special about creating a business that not only aligns with your values but also fits alongside the rhythm of your family,” Andrea shares. “Being a mumpreneur allows us to show our children what’s possible when you lead with passion and purpose.” Anna adds.
Andrea also offers this advice to other women thinking of starting their own business: “Trust your instincts, start small if you need to, and surround yourself with people who uplift and encourage you. The journey may be challenging, but it’s also incredibly rewarding.”
The winners of the 2025 AusMumpreneur Awards will be announced at a Gala Dinner on 12th August 2025 in Geelong, Victoria.
