If you are a Dancer wanting to gain a competitive edge, improve your strength and flexibility, Pilates will greatly benefit you. Pilates both on the Reformer and Mat focuses greatly on core stabilisation, muscular endurance, peripheral joint stability, balance and coordination.

How long are the sessions?
Private Sessions run for 50 minutes, and can include a combination of Mat Pilates as well as Reformer. Group Mat Pilates classes run for 45 minutes and Reformer classes run for 30 minutes.
Are your instructors qualified?
Yes absolutely. Our Pilates Instructors have completed advanced training with BASI and STOTT training providers.
What do we need to wear?
Something comfortable that you can move freely in is recommended. Leggings paired with a singlet or top, as well as grippy dot socks for Reformer.
What time can we book a session?
We can arrange your session for mid-morning, lunch time, or the late afternoon. Just reach out to us and we can help determine the best time during your day for you to come to Inna Essence for your session.
How much does this cost?
Small group sessions start from $12 per person for a 30 minute class, up to $17 per person for a 1 hour session (not including GST). This is perfect if you have a group of 6 to 10 dancers who wish to book a class together.
Private Sessions are $90 for a 50 minute session, and include a combination of Mat Pilates, Reformer and Wunda Chair.
There is also an option to purchase a 10 Class Pass which is valid for three months; these passes start from $200 and allow you to book into our regular group Mat Pilates, Yoga or Barre classes.

Do you provide all the equipment?
Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020, we did supply all mats and props. However, whilst we have our COVID-Safe plan in place, we request you bring your own mat, towel, and socks.
