Treat yourself and your mum this Mother’s Day with an unforgettable evening at Inna Essence.
Mel from Perfect Harmony Meditation will surround you in the sounds of Tibetan and Crystal bowls, gong and chimes creating a truly immersive and restorative experience.
Remain in our beautiful studio space after the session for a warming tea and go home with a small gift from us.
Please bring a yoga mat or camping mattress (or similar), blankets, pillow, cushions, eye pillow. Whatever you feel you need to be comfortable.

Conscious breathing is a simple tool which can be used everyday to help the body-mind focus, relax, aid in sleep and return to calm after experiencing stress.
Be guided through various breathing techniques which you can carry through into your daily life, followed by a breath-focused meditation.

This workshop is for you if you’re an absolute beginner, returning in a post-natal position or if you just want to revisit the basics and strengthen your personal practice.

This workshop at Inna Essence is the very thing to begin your journey with Yoga in a safe, nurturing space.
You will be introduced to the benefits & foundations of Yoga.
This workshop is for you if you’re an absolute beginner, returning after having a baby, or if you just want to revisit the basics and strengthen your personal practice.
YOGA FOR ANXIETY WORKSHOP
What is Anxiety?
The effects anxiety can have on an individual / family / community are complicated and vast.
This workshop will help you with recognition of anxiety in your own self & others.
We will provide you with assistance in dealing with commonly felt symptoms using breath, yoga asana, a combination of both Mantra (spoken) & Yantra (visualisation), and finish with a Yoga Nidra.
Being mindful that anxiety can come in many forms and can be debilitating, this workshop will be facilitated in a way that is sensitive to those with past trauma.
We want to give you some tools to put to use in your everyday life to assist with symptoms of anxiety so that you become calmer and more content.
Must be over the age of 16 to attend
