YOGA FOR ANXIETY WORKSHOP
What is Anxiety?
The effects anxiety can have on an individual / family / community are complicated and vast.
This workshop will help you with recognition of anxiety in your own self & others.
We will provide you with assistance in dealing with commonly felt symptoms using breath, yoga asana, a combination of both Mantra (spoken) & Yantra (visualisation), and finish with a Yoga Nidra.
Being mindful that anxiety can come in many forms and can be debilitating, this workshop will be facilitated in a way that is sensitive to those with past trauma.
We want to give you some tools to put to use in your everyday life to assist with symptoms of anxiety so that you become calmer and more content.
Must be over the age of 16 to attend

BEGINNER BARRE WORKSHOP
Have you ever wanted to do Barre, but have felt too intimidated or unsure how to?
This FREE workshop at Inna Essence is the very thing to begin your journey with Barre in a safe, nurturing space.
You will be introduced to the benefits & basic principles of Barre.
This workshop is for you if you’re an absolute beginner, returning in a post-natal position or if you just want to revisit the basics and strengthen your personal practice. We will introduce you to and take you through the base movements and principles of Barre and then bring them together in a series of flowing movements.
BEGINNER YOGA WORKSHOP
This workshop at Inna Essence is the very thing to begin your journey with Yoga in a safe, nurturing space.
You will be introduced to the benefits & foundations of Yoga.
This workshop is for you if you’re an absolute beginner, returning after having a baby, or if you just want to revisit the basics and strengthen your personal practice.
BREATHE & BE
Conscious breathing is a simple tool which can be used everyday to help the body-mind focus, relax, aid in sleep and return to calm after experiencing stress.
Be guided through various breathing techniques which you can carry through into your daily life, followed by a breath-focused meditation.
This workshop is suitable for all levels

Join Inna Essence owners Andrea & Anna and be introduced to the benefits & basic principles of pilates.
This workshop is for you if you’re an absolute beginner, returning in a post-natal position or if you just want to revisit the basics and strengthen your personal practice.
REIKI SOUND BATH
Join Meditation and Sound Bowl Practitioner Mel Mayers Perfect Harmony Meditation Space and Reiki healer Maritza Soldan as they co-host this special event.
This is a journey within, as you relax and enjoy the meditative sounds of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong and chimes to connect you more deeply with your higher self to calm your mind and relax your body as you receive energetic healing energies. Together this is a powerful combination for you to upgrade on all levels – energetically, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
We will also spend time with manifesting and releasing work and each person will receive an individual healing and energetic alignment.
You will leave the session feeling clearer, lighter and ready to integrate the changes you seek.
Please bring yoga mat or camping mattress (or similar), blankets, pillow, cushions, eye pillow. Whatever you feel you need to be comfortable.
