HOW TO GET STARTED

It is our focus at Inna Essence that every new visitor feels welcome, safe and at ease.

This studio was built with love.

Andrea and Anna are STOTT Certified Mat Pilates and Reformer instructors; they answer the phone, respond to emails, teach classes, and live and breathe every aspect of their studio.

They have a team of incredible Pilates Instructors and Yoga Teachers offering classes 7 days a week.  Two treatment rooms offer Osteopathy, Counselling and Psychology, and a gorgeous light-filled private room for Duet Equipment Sessions and Private Pilates.

At Inna Essence, we encourage a blend of Pilates, Yoga and Barre – combining the strengthening, toning and precision of Pilates, the cardio of Barre and Boxilates, with the quiet, calming, relaxing qualities of Yoga.

Our 2 Week Trial is the best way to start with our studio; we encourage you to experience as many sessions as you can to get a feel for the classes you love, and to see how often you wish to visit.

Unlimited Intro Reformer, Mat Pilates, Yoga & Barre for a fortnight

The best way to experience our studio is to start with a 2 Week Trial; $40 with unlimited access to our classes

WHERE ARE WE?

We are located on Level 1 of the SouthCity Building, 3245 Logan Road, Underwood. Aim to arrive 5 minutes before class so you have time to find a carpark around the building.

Enter the building via the automatic sliding glass doors through the Mi Casa Café on the Logan Road side, or via the doors on the McDonalds side of the building.  Either walk up the internal stairs or take the lift up to the first floor.  Inna Essence is located at the end of the hallway.

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Always bring with you a bottle of water, a smile and an open heart.  For Reformer classes, bring a pair of grippy socks and a large towel to place over the carriage.  For Mat Pilates, Barre and Yoga, please bring a yoga mat with you if you have one.

For Yin, Breathe Strength, Restorative and Yoga Nidra, please bring two large towels and a jumper in case you get chilly during Savasana.

WHAT DO YOU WEAR?

We recommend comfortable gym clothing like tights, singlet or shirt.  You don’t need shoes (except for Dance Barre if that is your preference) and grip socks are essential for all Reformer classes.

WHAT ARE THE BEST CLASSES FOR A BEGINNER

We highly recommend the following classes to ease you in, which are perfect for beginners or if you wish to start at a slower pace:

  • Intro Reformer
  • Mat Pilates
  • Barre or Dance Barre
  • Gentle Flow, Yin, Rise & Shine, VinYin and Restorative Yoga
  • HIIT Pilates, Boxilates, Active Flow Yoga and Reformer are great options once you have settled in after a couple of weeks

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST AFTER A TRIAL?

We have a number of options which you can select from, depending on the classes you wish to attend and how often you hope to visit each week. Memberships start from $40 per week, 10 Class Packs start from $220 and Casual Classes start from $25.

WHAT ELSE IS AVAILABLE AT INNA ESSENCE?

You can book a Remedial Massage or Reiki session via our app, book an appointment with our resident Osteopath or see one of our Mental Health Counsellors, all within our studio.

Anna and Andrea host Beginner Workshops throughout the year, as well as run incredible Retreats for a relaxing getaway.

The studio is also available for business and small group bookings, events, studio hire and photoshoots.
