We want to care for you…
Studio 2 is the home of our 9 Reformer machines. Anna’s dad Ralph services and cleans them every week so they work perfectly for each class. Each Reformer has its own box, maple pole and jumpboard so we can offer variety and modifications for every session.
Private & Duet Sessions
Private sessions are ideal if you are transitioning from working with a Physiotherapist, if you have a niggle or a chronic condition.

WHERE ARE WE?
We are located on Level 1 of the SouthCity Building, 3245 Logan Road, Underwood. Aim to arrive 5 minutes before class so you have time to find a carpark around the building.
Enter the building via the automatic sliding glass doors through the Mi Casa Café on the Logan Road side, or via the doors on the McDonalds side of the building. Either walk up the internal stairs or take the lift up to the first floor. Inna Essence is located at the end of the hallway.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Always bring with you a bottle of water, a smile and an open heart. For Reformer classes, bring a pair of grippy socks and a large towel to place over the carriage. For Mat Pilates, Barre and Yoga, please bring a yoga mat with you if you have one.
For Yin Yoga, Restorative and Yoga Nidra, please bring two large towels and a jumper in case you get chilly during Savasana.
WHAT DO YOU WEAR?
We recommend comfortable gym clothing like tights, singlet or shirt. You don’t need shoes (except for Dance Barre if that is your preference) and grip socks are essential for all Reformer classes.
WHAT ARE THE BEST CLASSES FOR A BEGINNER
We highly recommend the following classes to ease you in, which are perfect for beginners or if you wish to start at a slower pace:
Barre or Dance Barre
Gentle Flow, Yin, Rise & Shine, VinYin and Restorative Yoga
HIIT Pilates, Boxilates, Active Flow Yoga and Reformer are great options once you have settled in after a couple of weeks
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Memberships start from $30 per week, 10 Class Packs start from $220 and Casual Classes start from $28.
We don’t impose any minimum term contracts on our memberships, and payments are made fortnightly.
10 Packs have a 3 month expiry, so you can book sessions to fit around your life commitments.
WHAT ELSE IS AVAILABLE AT INNA ESSENCE?
You can book an appointment with our resident Osteopath, Massage Therapist or see one of our Mental Health Counsellors, all within our studio.
Anna and Andrea host Beginner Workshops throughout the year, as well as run incredible Retreats for a relaxing getaway.
The studio is also available for business and small group bookings, events, studio hire and photoshoots.
