Jennifer started practising yoga in 2013 when her daughter was a baby and they attended Mum’s and Bub’s classes together. Jennifer then moved onto Hatha Rise and Shine Yoga classes followed by Prenatal classes when she became pregnant with her second child.
Yoga fulfilled a different need in every class but a consistent benefit was being part of a community.
Jennifer completed her teacher training in 2018 to increase her self confidence and because Jennifer wanted to know more about what yoga was all about. Little did she know how much it would change her life.
My favourite component of my training was Restorative Yoga and I taught a Restorative class for 6 months.
I look forward to sharing the joy of bringing gentle movement to the body, followed by practising stillness in savasana. I am excited to have the opportunity to share my love of yoga with the Inna Essence community.
