Restorative Yoga at Inna Essence has been an invaluable recourse for me in managing my anxiety and depression. It gives me some space from the negative, spinning thoughts in my head and allows me to get into my body. It helps ground me and give me perspective on the difficult challenges I face. I canāt recommend it strongly enough.Ā The studio has a welcoming and nurturing environment and makes me and people from all walks of life feel valued.

Walking into this beautiful studio is like getting a comforting hug that you didn’t realise you even needed. Anna and Andrea have created a haven of acceptance, warmth and welcoming, and have chosen all of their instructors carefully and with this in mind. We are spoilt for choice with the range of classes, with something to suit everyone no matter your ability or knowledge. I can’t recommend Inna Essence enough for bringing this special place into my life.
I was suffering from chronic back pain; my spine and joints were constantly sore and I had resigned myself to thinking this was normal.Ā Iāve never been into gyms; I didnāt want to build huge amounts of bulk. I just wanted to improve my flexibility and health.Ā I had heard about Pilates and its benefits, so thatās why I contacted Inna Essence.
Within three weeks of starting Reformer Pilates sessions at the studio, I was getting ready for work one morning and realised something was different. There was no pain.Ā My back was constantly sore, but on this day, getting ready for work, I stopped and realised there was no pain in my back.
