If you are a dancer or athlete from the ages of 11 to 16 years old wanting to gain a competitive edge, improve your strength and flexibility, Pilates will greatly benefit you. Pilates both on the Reformer and Mat focuses greatly on core stabilisation, muscular endurance, peripheral joint stability, balance and coordination.

How long are the sessions?
Reformer classes run for 40 minutes with only 8 attendees in each class.
Who is Teen Reformer for?
Teen Reformer is specially programmed for children aged 11 to 16 years old, particularly those who are athletes and/or dancers.
Are your instructors qualified?
Yes absolutely. Our Pilates Instructors have completed advanced training with STOTT and APPI.
What do we need to wear?
Something comfortable that you can move freely in is recommended. Leggings paired with a singlet or top, as well as grippy dot socks for Reformer.
How can I book in a class?
Bookings are made via the Inna Essence app.
How much does this cost?
Casual one-on-one Teen Reformer classes are $25 per session.
Alternatively, you can purchase a Family 10 Class Pass for $220 – this 10 Pack can be shared between family members and can be used to book Teen/Dancer Reformer as well as Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes.
**Yoga classes have a minimum age requirement of 16 years old.
Do you provide all the equipment?
Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak in March 2020, we did supply all mats and props. However, whilst we have our COVID-Safe plan in place, we request you bring your own mat, towel, and socks.
Socks and towel must be brought to each Reformer class.
