A fusion of Pilates and ballet inspired movements, designed to raise your heart rate, tone your body and create longer and leaner muscles.
Classes are upbeat and fun with energising music to get your heart-rate going!
Dance Barre
Dance Barre is an increased cardio offering. Similar to a Barre class but a little less ballet inspired and a bit more free-moving featuring repetitive, easy to follow dance moves set to music.
