“I just wanted to say another big thank you for having us out there yesterday. My staff really enjoyed it, and were impressed by your facility and by how you approach your classes. I’m glad they’ve now come out and seen/experienced it, and met you both in person.”
“We had Andrea come into our workplace to conduct a lunchtime group Pilates session which I found not only challenging on the body but also relaxing. We were greeted with relaxing music and a welcoming smile and Andrea introduced herself to us all individually. We were a group of mainly first timers and Andrea guided us through the different poses and was able to adjust to our varying abilities. I found the class a really good balance of fitness and mindfulness and felt challenged on many levels. If I could give Andrea a higher than 5 star rating I would!”
