Inna Essence provide Corporate & Group Pilates and Yoga sessions with its unique options of mat pilates, reformer pilates, stretching, yoga and mindfulness. Whatever the needs of your business, we can provide you with an option to help your team feel nourished, energised and focused.
Inna Essence have developed our Corporate Pilates and Yoga programs to offer your team a fun and educational exercise program to combat the long-term effects of a mostly sedintary lifestyle.
A session with Inna Essence can be focused on rest and relaxation through yoga; or strength, postural improvement and mind/body connection with pilates. It can be any combination of movement and mindfulness, depending on the outcome you wish for your team.

What is Yoga?
Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of movement that concentrates on strengthening the muscles of the body, building core strength and stability, with a focus on our mind body connection. Pilates builds flexibility and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body, aligning the spine and working towards neutral positioning of our joints.
What are the benefits?

Inna Essence is a beautiful, light-filled air conditioned studio at 3245 Logan Road, Underwood, just above the Mi Casa Cafe. We can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people for Yoga, Mat Pilates and Barre classes in Studio 1 and up to eight people in Studio 2 which houses eight reformer machines.
Practising pilates and yoga can help to improve focus, increase muscle strength and progressively correct faulty movement patterns.
