Lyndel has been a member with Inna Essence since 2019, and we’ve had the absolute honour of supporting her through many seasons of her life with Pilates and Yoga classes. It has been the most humbling and incredible privilege to watch Lyndel’s confidence and strength grow and to see her beautiful soul shine so brightly! Lyndel is our Inna Spirit Member of the Month for February to acknowledge her commitment to her self-care.
When and why did you join Inna Essence?
It was a long time ago – four years ago! I had a friend who recommended the studio, and I was looking for more peace in my life.
What do you love most about the studio?
I love the nurturing environment of Inna Essence; the teachers all do an amazing job. The classes suit everyone at all different skill levels.
What are you passionate about?
My children, walking and catching up with friends.
What is your favourite class at Inna Essence and why?
Restorative Yoga – it helps me relax into the present moment and gives me a sense of peace.
What are some ways that you look after your self-care and wellbeing?
I do self-help classes and I go for 5 walks each week in the afternoon.
Words of advice for someone wanting to try Pilates & Yoga?
“Try the 2 Week Trial, and let the teachers know if you have any concerns. Try and communicate what your ability level is and don’t hesitate to ask for modifications along the way.”
