A 30 minute group class using our beautiful Pioneer Pilates Reformer; fully supervised and facilitated by our BASI and STOTT trained instructors.
Maximum of 6 clients per class ensures an intensely focused session with modifications to cater from beginner to advanced participants
Traditional pilates mat class, focusing on breathing, alignment and stability of the ribs and pelvis. Pilates is essentially about re-educating your body, undoing the damage that years of stress and immobility inflict. By repeatedly holding certain corrective positions, our musculature starts to retain a memory of how they feel, and in time will actually adopt them automatically – without us having to think about them.
Stretch & Flow Mat
A 50 minute class focusing on flow-based movements that stretch and lengthen your muscles. Good for anyone who is not a yogi but would like to improve their flexibility.
“Return to Life Through Contrology”
A class designed around Joseph Pilates’s original sequence of movements, placing focus on technique, alignment and foundations of pilates.
Suitable for all levels and when attended regularly provides a great measure for your personal progress and control with technique.
